Terms and Conditions
The program is open to individuals and organizations associated with PSS Consulting, provided they are of legal age and authorized to participate.
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously worked with or been contacted by PSS Consulting.
Referrals must be submitted exclusively through the designated referral form to qualify.
Existing clients, ongoing projects, or previously referred leads are not eligible.
Rewards are calculated as a percentage of the total value of the referred project.
The percentage may vary based on the project type and size, up to 30% maximum commission.
Rewards are issued after the referral results in a signed contract and payment from the client.
Rewards will be processed within 30-60 days after the referred client’s payment is received by PSS Consulting.
In rare circumstances, payments may take up to 90 days due to administrative or financial processing.
A referral remains valid for 90 days from the date it is submitted.
If the referred client signs a contract after the 90-day validity period, no reward will be issued.
Referrers agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information related to PSS Consulting or the referred project.
Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions when participating in the referral program.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program.
PSS Consulting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
